Basically they are both the same exact products. The only difference is that for dummy ticket for visa option you can make changes. 3 times free change for the dummy ticket for visa option. The dummy ticket for visa option is mainly used to apply visa, that is the reason why there is 3 times free change allowed for this product
The dummy return ticket on the other hand does not have a free change option. It is mainly used for showing as proof of return at the airport. It can also be used to apply visa and works the same way if you select visa application as your purpose of dummy ticket
